Darling Homes Now Pre-Selling within Lawler Park in Frisco

Frisco, Texas – October 2, 2012 – Dallas-based homebuilder, Darling Homes is now pre-selling homes within Lawler Park, one of Frisco’s newest master-planned communities located between I-75 and the Dallas North Tollway. Darling Homes has already contracted 14 homes, with 23 lots remaining within The Arbors and The Crossing sections of the development. The homebuilder’s modern family model home featuring a self-contained and independent first floor "in-law suite" with its own entry, bedroom, kitchenette and living area is nearing completion and driving consumer interests and home sales.

According to the Pew Research Center, about one in five U.S. households are multigenerational, a trend fueled by delays in the age young people marry and start their own households, and aging baby boomers moving in with their kids1. Extended families who live together have made a major resurgence across America. In keeping with this new trend, Darling Homes has responded with a new innovative product.

In addition to the Modern Family Home Series, Darling Homes is offering traditional family home designs ranging from 2,300 to more than 4,000 square feet, priced from the $330’s. Home designs feature open floor plans for family living areas, gourmet kitchens, media room options as well as private master suites, large secondary bedrooms, covered patios and three-car garages.

Lawler Park is a 143-acre master-planned community featuring over 300 homes within two sections, The Arbors at Lawler Park and The Crossing at Lawler Park. Lots will be 65 feet and 75 feet wide with prices slated from the $330’s up to the $500’s.
