Dreams Can Come True in Harper’s Preserve Homes
May 17, 2012
Premier homebuilder Darling Homes is building traditional brick, single-family homes in Harper’s Preserve, a new 800-acre community in Conroe. The community, close to The Woodlands amenities, is one mile east of Interstate Highway 45 and just off of state Highway 242.
Throughout Harper’s Preserve, Darling Homes is building 12 one-and two-story floor plan options ranging from 2,300 to 3,500 square feet and priced from the $220,000s. Two new inventory homes are now available to tour.
Flexible home designs feature living areas, optional media rooms, game rooms and studies. The neighborhood plan includes entry gates and a gatehouse, a scenic lake, a recreational park area, and a bountiful amenities package for residents.
“We understand great communities, and we are thrilled to be a part of Harper’s Preserve and build future homeown-ers their Darling dream home,” said Shannon Vining, marketing man-ager of Darling Homes in Houston.
The plan for Harper’s Preserve includes a community pool, walking trails, bowling and bocce greens, and horseshoe pits. Lookout Hill, in the central recreation area, will feature a children’s climbing and exploration area. Amenities will be continually developed as the community matures as part of a flexible plan. At completion, the community will be home to 1,700 families.
Truly the best of both worlds, Harper’s Preserve offers a natural setting near The Woodlands Waterway and Mall. The community has access to a 160-acre nature preserve, located on Harper’s Horsepen Branch, which provided the inspiration for the development’s name.
Darling Homes was founded 25 years ago by three brothers with a passion for building homes and turning dreams into reality. The Darling brothers’ standard for fine craftsmanship and building, with attention to homebuyers’ needs, enabled the company to expand its operations. Darling Homes is recognized by J.D.
