Darling Homes Showcases American Classic Series
May 17, 2012
Houston-area homebuilder Darling Homes is now offering its American Classic Series in Sienna Plantation, a comprehensive 7,000-acre master-planned community in Fort Bend County. Darling Homes’ American Classic Series Model Home will be open during the community’s Spring Friends and Family Open Homes Tour, which lasts through April 29.
Darling Homes’ American Classic Series features home designs with Southern style and traditional architectural details masterfully planned to bring families together, drawing on the stately elegance and timeless designs of the early 1900s. Discover the charm of period-specific architectural details and styles featuring front porch columns set in stone, siding, transom windows, interior beadboard finishes and large covered porches — with interior floor plans featuring all the modern-day amenities.
“At Darling Homes we understand great communities and we are thrilled to be a part of Sienna Plantation and build future homeowners their Darling dream home,” said Shannon Vining, MarketingManager of Darling Homes in Houston.
Throughout the community, the American Classic Series floor plans range from 2,100 to 3,300 square feet and are priced from the $240s. The flexible home designs feature private master suites, large secondary bedrooms, gourmet kitchens, media rooms, three-car garages and covered porches.
Sienna Plantation is a truly impressive masterplanned community and is increasingly becoming one of the top destinations for families in Fort Bend County because of its selection of builders, its numerous amenities and its location in the Fort Bend Independent School District, which is “wellregarded for its schools.” Among its countless amenities, the 7,000-acre master-planned community is home to three resort-style water parks, an all-new Sienna Springs resort pool, 36 neighborhood parks and playgrounds, the 160-acre Camp Sienna Sports Complex, the Sienna Plantation Golf Club, a 6,000-square-foot fitness center, eight lighted tennis courts and lakes for fishing and kayaking.
The community offers easy access to downtown Houston, the Galleria, Texas Medical Center and Houston Hobby Airport.
