The series offers private master suites, large secondary bedrooms, gourmet kitchens, media rooms, three-car garages and covered patios. Intricate details are abundant throughout. Green-built construction methods decrease main-tenance and add water conservation features. Darling Homes’ Luxury Homes Series plans range from 2,700 to 4,000-plus square feet on 70-foot sites, priced from the $330,000s. Luxury architectural designs with rich elevations are available in one, 1.5 and two-story plans. Features include generously sized rooms, high ceilings, open concept kitchens and family rooms, guest suites, covered patios, optional media rooms, and three-and four-car garages.
The unique Patio Homes Series brings the builder’s uncompromis-ing quality to smaller yet luxurious homes priced from the $220,000s. Patio Homes, rang-ing from 1,900 to 2,900 square feet, feature open floor plans, large island kitchens, granite coun-tertops and spacious master suites. Most plans offer three bed-rooms and a study with optional media rooms.
Comfortable outdoor living areas feature spacious porches and covered patios perfect for entertaining. The series meets the needs of the growing baby-boomer population who are ready to down-size.
The 3,000-acre Woodforest community is built around the Woodforest Golf Club, a 27-hole Steve Elkington design. It is located north of Houston, six miles west of Interstate Highway 45 and will include a spacious clubhouse, state-of-the-art fitness facility, water park and playground. Woodforest will also have six lighted tennis courts plus a championship court with seating. More than 700 acres in Woodforest will be dedicated to recreational sports fields, lakes, nature preserves, parks and playgrounds.
