Darling Homes

We were not the original homeowners of our Darling Home and after we moved in we noticed that the brick on the backside of the house was breaking apart and crumbling. After I contacted Darling Homes by e-mail on a Monday morning, I heard from Buddy Bell with Darling Homes that same afternoon and he met with me to look at our brick problem. A few days later, Acme Brick estimated that 35 bricks needed to be replaced. When the crew came out to repair the brick they didn’t like what they saw and decided to replace the whole north side of our home! We purchased a Darling home built in 2007 from the original buyer. After moving in we discovered that what had seemed to be a minor roof issue during the inspection was actually a leak in the roof. Since the roof is still under the builder warranty, we contacted Darling Homes. Instead of treating the issue as a unwarrantable item, they provided "a concession to replace the damaged fascia and soffit." After starting the repair, they discovered more damage and proceeded to not only repair the damage, but to rectify the original problem to prevent future damage.
